Nigeria: Good People, Great Nation?

After years of being the butt of everyone’s joke, Nigeria has decided to try to rebuild its image. Part of their campaign will revolve around the new slogan, “Nigeria: Good People, Great Nation.”

The reputation of violence, coruption and scams has been haunting the country for a long time. Interestingly, many residents find their survival in the country to be a mark of pride, saying “if you can make it in Nigeria, you can make it anywhere.”
