James Brewer killed a man over 30 years ago, while the guilt weighed him down, he could never face going to jail over the incident. When he felt himself to be upon death’s doorstep, he finally admitted his guilt to the unsolved crime. Unfortunately for James, that’s when he got better. Now he will be charged with the murder of 20 year-old Jimmy Carroll.
