13 Year Old Weatherman In Japan

This 13 year old boy is the youngest weather forecaster in all of Japan. Kazuya Yamazaki has wanted to be a weatherman since he was in 5th grade -which really would have only been three or so years ago. He has been exceptionally skilled at science since kindergarten.

The test to be a qualified forecaster is really hard and only 6% of people pass it. Yamazaki passed on his forth try. He’s the cutest little nerd around:

“I’m also interested in chemistry, and I want to do jobs like making medicines and discovering new materials.”
