Frenchman’s Record For Not Shutting Up

62 year-old Lluis Colet, a Frenchman, just won the Guinness Record for longest speech after he talked and talked for 124 hours. His “speech,” which was seemingly more of a ramble, had no interruptions and discussed Salvador Dali, Catalan culture, famous authors and more.

The previous longest speech winner was an Indian man who spoke for 120 hours. In 2004 though, Colet held the same record after talking for a mere 48 hours straight.
